Not everyone can eat or likes dairy. These cookies are ideal if you have a dairy allergy.
Give them a try! You could substitute raisins for cranberries or freeze dried raspberries, or simply leave them out.
They are still delicious.

All you need is butter or margarine, flour, egg and cheese.

Sausage Rolls 6.1.21
During our cooking time this week, we made sausage rolls with Mrs Cole.
We learnt how to roll out the pastry with a rolling pin and then we filled it with sausage meat.
We had to made sure the edges were fully sealed, so that the filling didn't run out!
Finally we glazed the top and put it into the oven.
They were very yummy!!!!!
